Follow these instructions to make a lovely Eid ul-Fitr card to give to a loved one.

 

 

Print the template opposite onto thick paper or card.

You will need:
*A pencil
*Crayons or felt tips
*Glue and scissors

 

Carefully cut the mosque template out and fold along the dotted lines.

Fold the mosque shape into the card and press down, as shown in the picture.

 

Colour the mosque, then carefully cut around the card template.

Glue one side of the mosque template and place inside the card lining the edges up at the top.

Glue the other side of the mosque template then press the card together to stick it.

Open the card to reveal your pop up mosque.

Decorate your card with lots of bright colours and write 'Eid Mubarak' inside.

'Eid Mubarak' is a traditional greeting at Eid that literally means 'Blessed Festival'.
